Terms of Service

Eligibility and Age

The service is intended only for users who are 18 or older. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and may accept these terms.

Public registration is open, but the site operator may block or stop use that violates these terms or harms the service.

User Account and Data Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, entering accurate and current information, and reviewing the income, donation, and settings data you provide.

Maaser calculations, balances, reminders, and summaries depend on the information you enter and the settings you choose.

Maaser and Tax Refund Calculations

Maasroti provides tools for managing maaser and donations. Information, calculations, and screens are not halachic rulings, tax advice, legal advice, or accounting advice.

The feature titled "Tax Refund Calculator" provides only a basic estimate at 35% of donations marked as tax-deductible. It is not eligibility confirmation and does not guarantee an actual refund.

RabAI

RabAI is an AI-based tool and may be wrong. It does not replace a rabbi, tax advisor, lawyer, or accountant.

First use of RabAI requires accepting the RabAI Terms. A material change to RabAI terms or data use will require renewed consent before further use.

Availability, Changes, and Discontinuation

The service is provided for free, on a non-profit basis, as is, and with reasonable efforts. Errors, downtime, changes, or temporary or permanent discontinuation may occur.

The site operator may update the service, remove capabilities, change interfaces, or limit use in a reasonable manner.

Prohibited Use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harm to other users, intrusion attempts, permission bypass, abusive content, scraping, unusual load, or unauthorized commercial use.

Intellectual Property

Rights in the name, design, code, content, and interfaces belong to the site operator or authorized third parties, except for information you enter into your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties. The site operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, financial loss, or reliance on service information or calculations.

Updates and Renewed Acceptance

The site operator may update the Terms, Privacy Policy, and RabAI Terms. A material update will require renewed acceptance before continued use of the relevant services.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and exclusive jurisdiction is with the competent courts in Israel.
